In September, the fourth edition of POW! WOW! Rotterdam took place in the Southside of the city. In the daytime, an international group of artists created inspired murals and artworks in its streets. The conversation is, among other things, negotiating with authorities, the working process of these organizations and how to prevent street art from perhaps becoming a bit too tame. As curators of an open air gallery, graffiti festival and a museum, all three guests have their own view on these topics. During their panel talk however, it turns out there is a lot of overlap between their experiences as well. After all, they all share the same passion for an art form that once started as vandalism.
